We are now setting up 400MWh unit Manufacturing plant in Noida for producing High Voltage ESS and solar Applicable battery packs.

Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi.

About the Position:
- We are looking for a young and energetic Business Developer to establish new sales channel for our company products.

Business Developer responsibilities include researching new customers, getting new orders, doing strategic alliances, OEM Management, tracking orders and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices and discounts.) If you’re familiar with

OEM and Channel sales procedures and know how to create and translate profit analyses, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create new channel and distributes partners (Through Tender Agencies and

Government Tender department).
- Research potential customers.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, customers, quantities, discounts).
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Give offers to customers and negotiation on prices.
- Manage good and long term relationship with customers both private and govt. sector.
- Prepare pricing strategies, Margin analyses, Competitive analysis, Sales

Forecasting and Customer Analysis reports.
- Maintain and update long term contracts with OEM’s.
- Follow up with customers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products dispatch in good condition.
- Give all the report to the reporting manager on timely basis.
- Responsible for completed all the given task as per the timeline fixed by the reporting manager.
- Responsible for doing Sales Audits and Documentation of the same.
- Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Forecasting as and when required.

Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Officer or similar role.
- Must have experience in Tender management with agencies and govt. department for sale of ESS.
- Experience in telecom infra industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of Channel Sales procedures.
- Hands-on experience with OEM Management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of market research.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
