**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and manage daily content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn tailored to a fitness/health audience.
- **Performance Marketing**: Assist in running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation, walk-ins, and conversions.
- **SEO & Content Marketing**: Implement basic on-page SEO and blog content strategies to improve organic visibility.
- **Brand Awareness Campaigns**: Develop and manage influencer collaborations, reviews, and testimonial-based promotions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.
- **Video & Reel Coordination**: Work closely with media teams to ideate and publish high-engagement Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- **Event Promotions**: Promote wellness camps, fitness challenges, and events through digital channels.

**Key Skills Required**
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads**:

- Knowledge of **basic SEO** and keyword planning
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** (Zoho)
- Good copywriting and campaign ideation skills
- Awareness of fitness trends and audience behavior in the health domain

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (fitness or wellness industry preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
