
Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s products or services to customers.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and growing the customer base.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals that benefit both the company and the customer.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM software.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously improve knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations and customer experience.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role (typically 2+ years).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales.
- **Customer-Centric**: A strong focus on customer needs and providing exceptional service.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- **Technology**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Driving License**: Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
