**What We'll Bring**:
Provides product leadership through planning, execution and relentless improvement on a recurring cadence for up to two Agile teams. Responsible for prioritizing and maintaining the team backlog to streamline the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives. Leveraging Scaled Agile Framework, this product owner will ensure efficiency and quality of structured and dynamic operational components for multiple customer-facing products. Will operate as a liaison and business partner with Product Managers, Development Leaders and Engineers to help orchestrate commitments and to drive team execution predictability.

**Key Impact this role brings**:

- Planning:

- Work with US-based Product Managers, Architects and other Product Owners, to synthesize business development initiatives into features and stories
- Represent the voice of the business to the scrum team by prioritizing features for scrum level sprint and team capacity planning based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager
- Represent and prioritize technical and operational work
- Actively participate in the establishment and communication of PI commitments to applicable organizational stakeholders
- Execution:

- Lead/participate in product backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team’s release planning sessions
- Maintain the team backlog, feature/story elaboration, story acceptance based on predefined acceptance criteria
- Consult and participate in stakeholder system demos for continuous stakeholder transparency and feedback
- Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria
- Formally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed
- Frequent, reliable, and continuous release of value-added solutions
- Relentless Improvement:

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve engagement with stakeholders, operations (if applicable), support team, and development Team etc.

- Technical aptitude and critical abilities to speak to product capabilities based on the current technology
- Excellent communication skills and business process knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in credit reporting, batch delivery services, financial services or direct marketing industry
- 3+ years PO experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment
- Ability to support US based stakeholders
