**Job Advertisement: Experienced Bookkeeper (US Accounting Process) for Established Garment Import into United States**

We are currently seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily bookkeeping transactions with precision and accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for each property.
- Monitor and analyze Budget Vs Actual for various projects.
- Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and our internal software, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statements for both real estate and Garment import company.
- Be responsible of entering Import invoices / reports for garment import company. Make invoices as needed for trade between sister companies. Take care of payroll with ADP for employees.
- Pay local domestic company bills, 7-10 weekly and give summary of disbursement.
- **Requirements**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks Accounting (online and company internal software Visual) - a must
- Prior experience in Real Estate transactions.
- Strong expertise in Excel, including Pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player attitude, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Knowledge of handling accounts receivable, including dealing with payment reports from factoring companies like CIT.
- Experience in Property Investment Management and/or construction - a significant advantage.
