We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative(B2C) to join our team, a modern bedding brand and sub brand. As a Sales Representative(B2C), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with customers in and around Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Communicate effectively in Hindi (Primary), English (Secondary), and Marathi (Secondary) languages
- Attend trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on our products and their features
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Be willing to travel in and around Mumbai for field work
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets
- Qualifications
- Minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary
- Plus, incentive based on sales performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
