We are looking for **Telecaller Executive
- Female **for our Apartment Sales Project.

You will be required to work from our office, which is next to **KK Bus terminal**

You are expected to do business development for us by doing
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our product.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our product, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and understand the customer's needs, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Persuade prospective customers to schedule site visits and appointments with our sales team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships.

**Key Skills**: Excel, Sales Experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Acquisition, lead conversion, Direct Sales, Direct Marketing, real estate sales experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales. OR Hardcore-Sales experience from other Industry.
- Strong experience in direct sales.
- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
- Should have strong experience in sales closure.
- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients' needs - preferred.
