- Receiving & Making Calls to customers
- Involving in client and customer Follow - up Calls.
- Involving in post sales activities
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Hospital.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Key Skills**
Basic Computer Knowledge /Typing Skills, Sound knowledge in MS-Office and internet surfing

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Exp**: Fresher / Experience
- **Qualification**: 12th & Any Degree
- **Language** : Tamil, English & Hindi
