**Job Summary**:
The Supervisor - Commercial Interior Design is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. This role involves coordinating design plans, supervising design teams, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and collaborating with architects, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality commercial spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Execution**:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of commercial interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, branding, and functional requirements.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring design integrity, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate construction and installation activities.
- Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

**Design Supervision & Coordination**:

- Guide and manage the design team in developing creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces.
- Review and approve design concepts, space planning, material selection, and presentation drawings.
- Ensure all design elements align with brand identity, project goals, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance on layouts, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

**Team Leadership & Communication**:

- Supervise junior designers, draftsmen, and interns, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and finance.
- Organize regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and update stakeholders.

**Budgeting & Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and controlling costs.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for materials, furniture, and accessories.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, approvals, and reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with supervisory or leadership experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Knowledge of Materials**: Understanding of commercial-grade materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- **Project Management**: Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
