**Job Description**:
We at bTranz Software Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking for IT Recruiter for internal hiring.

Role: IT Recruiter
Department: Human Resource

Min Qualification-MBA (HR).
Full Time with benefits
Weekdays: 5 Days (Sunday to Thursday) - Friday and Saturday week off.
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review the open requirements of bTranz and post the same to job boards and social media.
- Use conventional recruitment sources for Talent Acquisition like (Naukri, Monster or LinkedIn).
- Update the internal database with details and save resumes for future reference.
- Collect feedback forms and save in internal database.
- Participate in Internal meetings on recruitment and act upon recommendations.
- Keep record on new employees and maintenance of existing employees.
- Interact with college or placement officer or technical training vendors for fresher openings for technical and functional batches.
- Keep track of existing training batches in bTranz.
- General HR activities as assigned by company including MIS or Record maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
Any UG/PG can apply.
