**Job description**
- He will be responsible for complete legal activities of the division. Exposure to all legal proceedings with respect to Real estate / construction business is a must.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing sale deed.
- Checking of all documents relating to sale deed.
- Preparing the document related to bank i.e., receipts, demand draft, allotment letter, and coordination with bank.
- Coordination with client and co-officer.

**Skills**:

- Deal with real estate legal matters.
- He / She would also have to do all the legal documentations and to manage all records.
- He / She should also know all online procedure.
- Understanding of real estate related documents.
- Good hand on MS Office and online research work
- Command on legal language.

**Language**:

- Should have good command over Hindi, English and Gujarati.

**Qualification**:

- LLB

**Job Type**:

- Full Time

**Salary**:

- ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 -2 years
- Experience related to legal work in real estate (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
