We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage office operations and provide executive support to the Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate day to day activities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile information for meetings and projects.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
