Roles & Responsibilities

**Cross-selling & Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clients, increasing overall sales revenue and customer retention.
- Promote and educate customers on the value of digital banking services, mobile banking apps, and online banking tools
- **Product Sales & Cross-Selling**:

- Promote and sell bank products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, and insurance policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and educate customers on additional banking services and digital banking tools (e.g., mobile apps, internet banking).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
