We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller Intern** with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our IT services and solutions, and setting up meetings for our business development team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products/services.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and polite tone during conversations.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with client details and status.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and ensure lead conversions.
- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and generating qualified leads.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Quick learner and self-motivated.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be an English speaker with good fluency.
- Living near **Dwarka, New Delhi** or willing to commute.
- Available for **full-time internship** (on-site).
- Minimum **3-6 months commitment**.
