Basic & Minimum Qualification
- B. Pharm / M. pharm

Experience
- 5-7 Years of pharmaceutical industry experience

**Job Description**:
Export
- Co-ordinate with Plant Supply Chain for shipment Projections on daily and monthly basis.
- Timely generation of Pre-Shipment Documents in SAP i.e Invoice, Packing list, Export value declaration, DEEC declaration
- Sharing pre-shipment alerts to the customers i.e Packing list & COAs
- Co-ordinate with the Forwarders and Transporters to arrange the containers at site.
- Providing all the relevant documents to the Customs department so that the shipment doesn't get stuck.
- Check & approve Shipping Bills / BLs / AWB
- Keep record of all the data related to the shipment activities in the excel.
- Monthly dispatch plan preparation
- Timely sales posting in SAP
- Sharing the Post Shipment Documents and the Vessel Intimation to the Customers.
- Freight invoice checking & approval, Maintain data for the same.
- Monthly cash flow preparation / Dispatch Plan
- Budget preparation for sales & distribution cost
- End to end shipment monitoring
- Floating Air shipment quote
- Monthly Provision preparation for freight & incentives
- SAP SD knowledge
- Knowledge of Excel, Power point & Power BI
- Preparation of various data in excel for export shipments.

Imports
- Ensure smooth and timely clearance of imported goods
- Management of timely import clearance thus ensuring avoidance of demurrage/detention through efficient tracking and coordination process.
- Licensing compliance and utilizations
- Monitoring of licenses for imports - Form 41, Form 10, Test Licenses
- Monitoring DGFT Licenses (DEEC/EPCG) for import utilization and export obligation
- Review SOPs for smooth functioning of Imports and facilitate audit compliance
- Maintenance of data for import POs for better planning
- Provision for Customs Duty
- Circulation of MIS report, Import register, License tracker every month end
- Debit of DGFT licenses for import and exports to facilitate trigger fresh licenses
- Monitor import POs and liaise with stake holders closely based on ETA
- Prompt scrutiny of import documents for error free clearance formalities
- BOE checklist to be in complete compliance and approved before arrival for timely clearances
- Filing of BOE without penalty
- Ensure time bound clearance of consignments : Air 2 days and Sea FCL 3 days & LCL 7 days
- Scrutiny and processing of service provider bills within 2 days from its receipt
