Role specifications

This will be predominantly a work from office position - 5 days a week (Andheri-East, Mumbai).

Key responsibilities will include:

- Design content marketing strategies based on business objectives, target audience and market trends
- Create content across multiple formats including brochures, battlecards, flyers, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, webinars, website, social media etc.
- Be the custodian of all PR communication as well as Social Media posts
- Work closely with product teams to build Product Marketing Content
- Regularly optimize content to maximize reach, engagement and performance
- Develop and implement keyword strategies, optimize content for search engines, and improve organic visibility and ranking
- Plan and execute content distribution across various channels to expand reach and drive traffic
- Recommend new trends, channels or opportunities to improve our content marketing effectiveness

What we look for:
Experience and Skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing, mass media, communications or related field
- 5- 7 years of post-qualification work experience in B2B content marketing
- Quick understanding of commercial aspects of business
- Project management skills and excellent eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- High sense of ownership with bias towards execution
- Humble, open to feedback and collaborative
