**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess patients' health conditions and document their medical history and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide basic bedside care, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- **Wound Care and Dressing Changes**:

- Clean and dress wounds according to established protocols.
- Monitor the healing process and provide appropriate care to prevent infection.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention.
- **Assistance with Medical Procedures**:

- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure that necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients undergoing medical treatments.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Teach patients how to manage their medications, monitor their health, and prevent complications.
- Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely and thorough manner, following legal and ethical guidelines.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing information and support as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized nursing institute.
- Valid nursing license or registration.
- Proven experience working as a nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹25,658.86 per month
