**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- **Logistics & Transportation Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage transportation operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with logistics vendors and transport providers.
- Monitor and track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- **Inventory & Warehouse Management**:

- Ensure accurate inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Optimize storage layouts and ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure safe and timely handling of goods.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Forecast future demand to plan logistics strategies accordingly.
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Maintain proper shipping, customs, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Team Management & Leadership**:

- Supervise and train logistics staff and drivers.
- Set team objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics software (TMS, WMS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
