**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaisoning**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external legal entities, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless information flow between the organization and relevant external parties. Coordinate with government officials, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to address regulatory matters and resolve issues promptly.

**Litigation Management**:

- Manage and oversee the organization\'s litigation portfolio, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and affidavits. Collaborate with external legal counsel and provide necessary support for ongoing litigation matters
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents, ensuring effective representation in court.
- **Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Law; additional certifications or specialization in liaisoning and litigation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Legal Executive or similar role, with a focus on liaisoning and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
