Overview As an ISO Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations within the organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of auditing principles will contribute to the maintenance of a high standard of quality and adherence to ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and processes
Identify areas of improvement in processes and recommend solutions
Evaluate documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations for corrective actions
Communicate audit results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
Keep abreast of changes in ISO standards and regulations
Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to ISO requirements
Support in the planning and execution of internal and external audits
Assist in training and educating staff on ISO compliance and quality standards
Conduct follow-up audits to track implementation of corrective actions
Maintain audit documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements
Resolve compliance issues and escalate where necessary Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Management
Certification as an ISO Auditor or Lead Auditor
Proven experience in conducting ISO audits and assessing compliance
Thorough knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
Familiarity with industry-specific ISO standards and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in audit report writing and presentation
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
Continuous learning and commitment to staying updated on ISO standards and best practices
