**JOB SUMMARY**

To check whether full day s consumption like gas, water, HSD etc. are available. If not available make arrangements to get as early as possible with the help of concerned persons
- **Established Duties**:

- Adhere to the hotel's Mission Statement and values.
- Prioritize work orders and breakdowns for immediate attention.
- Arrange spares and materials swiftly; initiate purchase requisitions if unavailable.
- Monitor staff attendance and address guest complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure completion of tasks and maintain updated logbooks.
- Follow up with the purchase department for pending or urgent requirements.
- Supervise areas like kitchen and laundry for pending tasks and take immediate action.
- Implement energy-saving measures and ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Monitor temperature and maintenance of cold storage and walk-in cooler.
- Ensure smooth operation of the boiler and water analysis compliance.
- Conduct inspections of swimming pool, STP, and return completed work orders daily.
- **Eco-green Cost Control Responsibilities**:

- Implement energy and water conservation methods.
- Adhere to recycling practices, such as the three-bin rule for paper.
- Educate others on eco-friendly practices.
- Follow guidelines outlined in the Ecotel Manual.
- **Limit Of Authority**:

- Approve stores requisitions, prepare shifts and duty schedules, and issue gate passes.
- **Machines**:

- Responsible for A/C Plants, Water Pumps, D.G Sets, Sub-station Equipment, and all other property equipment.
- **Safety**:

- Ensure installation and operation of safety devices, including sprinklers, smoke detectors, water blowers, fire extinguishers, and Pest-O-Flash in kitchens.
