**Position**: Maintenance Supervisor
- Air Conditioning

**Job Location**: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

**Qualification required**: Diploma
- Mechanical; ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

**Requisite experience**: Around 8 years

**Other skills**: Ability to manage HVAC maintenance and service team to ensure quality onsite.

**Employment type**: Contract

**Proposed salary range**: INR 30,000 pm to INR 35,000 pm

**Job description**:

- Create service and maintenance schedule
- Order and track material required
- Review and approve weekly timecards
- Prepare quotation for recommended work
- Prepare new or renewal maintenance agreements
- Organize training and ongoing support for installation team
- Provide technical support for HVAC technicians
- Should be able to do the maintenance of refrigerator & AC related work
- Preparation of call report, coordination with other technician to complete the maintenance work
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
