**Role Overview**
As a **Lead Generation & Telecalling Associate**, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This role combines research, outreach, and relationship-building to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research potential leads using online platforms, industry directories, and databases.
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Elcom Digital’s products and services.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and identifying decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and call targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
Pay: ₹11,290.06 - ₹17,000.00 per month
