**Responsibilities**:

- Translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Use design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Marvel, and Overflow to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and feasibility of design solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging design patterns, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- A degree or diploma in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Marvel, and Overflow.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to simplify complex interactions.
- Experience with user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a drive to improve both your skills and the overall design process.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process and the impact of your work.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
