**About the Role**

Duckman Studio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a **creative, detail-oriented, and experienced UI/UX Designer** with 4+ years of experience in designing for **e-commerce, EdTech, and IT sectors**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design for Web & Mobile**: Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for websites and mobile apps with a focus on usability and performance.
- **User Research & Testing**: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to inform and improve design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like **Figma**, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- **Design Systems**: Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- **Branding & Visual Design**: Align UI design with branding elements and collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure pixel-perfect performance across various devices, screen sizes, and resolutions.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Present and justify design decisions clearly to internal teams and external clients.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Address complex UX challenges with innovative and practical solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4+ years** of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for **e-commerce, EdTech**, or **IT** products.
- A strong and relevant **portfolio** showcasing your web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in **Figma (Pro level preferred)**, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent tools.
- Basic knowledge of **illustration** and the ability to create design assets when required.
- Familiarity with **WordPress** and its design limitations/capabilities.
- Sound understanding of **user-centered design principles**, UX research, wireframing, and usability testing.
- High attention to detail and the ability to produce **pixel-perfect** designs.
- Strong **problem-solving** and analytical skills.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** for presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, HCI, Interaction Design**, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** to assess design feasibility and collaborate with developers.
- Familiarity with **UI animations and micro-interactions** is a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,745.48 - ₹60,000.00 per month
