**Job description**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design & Branding**:

- Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and event displays for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop branding materials including logos, color palettes, and typography consistent with company standards.

**Digital Media & Web Design**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize visuals for different screen resolutions and devices.

**Project Visualization**:

- Collaborate with architects and 3D visualizers to present floor plans, elevation designs, and walkthrough imagery attractively.
- Design project site boards, floor directory displays, and signages.

**Video & Motion Graphics (preferred)**:

- Edit and create property walkthroughs or promotional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and sales team to align design work with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print quality and timelines are met.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print and digital design standards
- Creativity and a strong portfolio in real estate or architecture-based projects (preferred)

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Certification in multimedia design (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 3- 5 years of required **(Real Industry Preferred)**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
