Associates should have good analytical and communication skills, the ability to work with the team, and an ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines. Associates will need to understand that, due to system uptimes being based on US hours, their work schedule could be skewed toward the evening hours.
Shift Timing
- 5PM-2 PM
Job responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project events, distribute agendas, and document meeting minutes.- General administration duties such as running and distributing standard reports, maintaining procedural documentation, meeting preparation and support.- Provide IT project support on the implementation and manage the tracking of detailed tasks in MS Project, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.- Follow the SDLC and project management process and ensure that required project deliverables are provided (project plan, project schedule, specifications, etc).- Provide support to the Program Management team by assisting with developing program communications and following up on program activities.- Manage program documentation and administer the program’s SharePoint site.- Prepare weekly status reports that include project issues, risks, milestones, decisions and status.- Manage issues, risks and escalations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.- Excellent written and verbal communicator / able to create management level status reports.- Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and basic skills in MS Project.- Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.- Able to self-manage to meet objectives / develops strategies to solve complex problems
