**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

**Minimum 6 month experience in BPO sector mandatory.**

Location - Gurugram, Sector18

**Preferred Profile**:

- Must have **minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector **with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slip.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good command in English

**Working Schedule**:

- 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week off.
- Shift timing is of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
- Casual leaves will not be entertained for the first three months after joining apart from week offs.

- Salary Structure: 26k ctc - 35k ctc.
