**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development & Sampling**:

- Work closely with designers, vendors, and factories to develop new collections.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and fit sessions.
- Ensure timely sample submission to buyers.
- **Order Management**:

- Coordinate with buyers for order placements, requirements, and approvals.
- Manage order tracking and ensure timely execution from production to shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, fabric consumption, and trims.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality compliance.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Work closely with factories to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality standards and adherence to buyer specifications.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks at various production stages.
- Ensure compliance with garment industry standards and buyer guidelines.
- Coordinate third-party inspections if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
