**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Tender & Bid Management Executive** to manage government tender opportunities on **GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms**. The role involves sourcing tenders, assessing feasibility, preparing bid documents, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely submission and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and analyze business opportunities on **GeM portal** and other government tender platforms
- Review **RFPs, RFQs, PQCs** to assess feasibility and bid potential
- Prepare, compile, and submit accurate bid documents in line with client and government requirements
- Manage the **end-to-end bidding process** - documentation, approvals, pricing, and submission
- Participate in **reverse auctions and negotiations** to secure competitive pricing
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for technical and commercial inputs
- Maintain a database of bids submitted, outcomes, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with **tender terms, statutory norms, and timelines**:

- Track updates or modifications in ongoing tenders

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com (mandatory)
- **Experience**: 3-5 years preferred; freshers with **GeM portal knowledge** may apply
- Strong knowledge of **GeM portal and government procurement processes**:

- Skills in **bid & proposal management, documentation, vendor coordination, and negotiation**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
