
Presales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, pain points, and requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive and engaging product demonstrations, showcasing our FinTech solutions' capabilities and benefits to meet clients' specific needs.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with the product development team to tailor our offerings to suit clients' unique demands, effectively positioning our products as viable solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, aligning our FinTech solutions with the client's financial objectives and conveying the value they will receive.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Product Knowledge Sharing: Conduct internal training sessions to educate the sales and support teams about new features, updates, and product enhancements.
- RFP and RFI Responses: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use the insights to improve processes and strategies.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
