**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the CEO is aware of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- **Communication**:
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting logistics.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
- Prepare travel expense reports and manage travel budgets.
- **Project Assistance**:
- Assist with special projects, research, and report preparation as assigned by the CEO.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment for the CEO.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- **Personal Tasks**:
- Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as required.
- Assist with personal appointments and schedules.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the CEO and the organization.
