**Job Title: Tele caller - Real Estate**

**Location**: Bandra and Wadala

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Call prospective clients and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Client Engagement: Introduce our real estate projects and offerings to clients, and respond to inquiries about properties, pricing, locations, etc.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including call details with the sales team to schedule meetings, site visits, and provide necessary information for conversions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in [English/Local Language(s)] to engage effectively with clients.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to listen actively to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
- Sales Acumen: Knowledge of real estate sales processes and ability to identify and qualify leads.
- CRM Familiarity: Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage client data is an advantage.

Comfortable
- Persistence & Patience: with making multiple calls daily and following up regularly to close leads.

Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or a sales support role within the real estate industry.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in [English/Local Language(s)] required.
