**Team Member Role: Warehousing & Logistics
- Field Executive**:

- Reaching out to property owners, developers, landlords and related parties to understand their inventory availability
- Scheduling meetings and building relationship with the developers, landlords etc.
- Documentation and presentation of warehousing market data
- Analysing and understanding clients’ requirements to ensure correct options are presented
- Gaining insights and knowledge of the Real Estate market through research, market studies and networking
- Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments
- Maintain MIS on daily / weekly basis

**Skills required**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Word, Excel and Power Point - Good knowledge required
- Time management and organizational skills
- Hard working, resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Ready to travel
- Career Oriented

**Hours of Work**:
9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M (Monday to Saturday) (Full Time)
