**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into engaging videos for various platforms (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Integrate motion graphics, animations, text, and effects.
- Perform color correction and audio mixing.
- Optimize videos for different platforms; assist with pre-production/footage capture as needed.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent.
- Translate marketing messages into compelling visuals.
- Research design trends and manage design assets.
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure brand alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **3+** years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout composition, visual hierarchy).
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is highly desirable.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)**:

- Knowledge of basic photography and videography.
- Familiarity with marketing trends and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Understanding of audio mixing and sound design principles.

Pay: ₹10,216.23 - ₹33,987.12 per month
