Job Title: Overseas Counselor

Locations: Mumbai,

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide guidance to students regarding their options for overseas education, taking into consideration their academic profile, areas of study, interests, and future goals.

Aid students in completing admission forms accurately and preparing necessary financial documents.

Support students in building their profiles by organizing and reviewing academic records, statements of purpose (SOPs), letters of recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other relevant documents.

Engage in educational activities to enhance students' understanding of overseas education opportunities.

Collaborate with overseas education consultants to drive growth and develop strong relationships.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.

Create a comprehensive business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Monitor and track sales goals, providing regular reports on progress.

Coordinate with the team to generate leads and ensure effective lead management.

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Stay updated on market trends and competition, making necessary adjustments to sales strategies.

Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in study abroad expertise and counseling students for overseas education.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM, analytics, and metrics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

Adaptability to work in a hybrid work model.

Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Selection Process:
Initial screening round by the Product Manager.

Personal interview conducted by the Branch Head.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
