**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create engaging, visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Community Management**:

- Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, addressing customer feedback and concerns effectively.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and engagement.
- **Adherence to Brand Guidelines**:

- Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice across platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
