**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Engage in cold calling to generate sales opportunities.
- Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers.
- Answer inquiries about available properties, pricing, and other services.
- Schedule appointments and site visits with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions.
- Follow up with clients and maintain relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the sales team's success.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
