**Job Description**:

- Assist in the production of YouTube podcasts, including researching topics, scheduling guests, and coordinating logistics.
- Edit podcast episodes using editing software to ensure high-quality content.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new podcast ideas and strategies for audience engagement.
- Manage social media accounts related to the podcast to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor podcast analytics and provide insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in podcasting, YouTube content creation, and digital media.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Media Studies).
