**Job Type**: 100% Field Work (Onsite)

**Qualifications**
- Must have completed **ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Wireman (preferred).**:

- **1-3 years of proven experience in electrical / solar installation.** (Freshers with ITI training may be considered.)
- **Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures and PPE.**:

- Physical fitness to **work at heights** (rooftop installations) and outdoor conditions.
- Must own a **bike with a valid driving license.**

**Skills Required**:

- Hands-on skills in using tools like drilling machines, multimeters, crimping tools.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work under supervision.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
