Helper (Solar)

**Job Title**:Helper

**Location in Odisha**:Balangir

**Job Type**: 100% Field Work (Onsite)

**Qualifications**
- Must have completed 10th/ITI (Electrician / Electronics / Wireman).
- Prior experience in construction/electrical/solar projects preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures and PPE.
- Physical fitness to work at heights (rooftop installations) and outdoor conditions.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

**Skills Required**:

- Willingness to learn basic solar installation tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Awareness of safety practices at site.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the site.
- Assist technicians in panel mounting and alignment.
- Support in basic wiring work (handing tools, holding cables, etc.).
- Clean solar panels and help in routine operation & maintenance.
- Ensure proper site cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Follow instructions from the Technician/Site Engineer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
