**Job description**:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into creatives or videos. He/she should be willing to work under tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects.
He/She must be an effective communicator, especially when it comes to relaying creative concepts to design teams and company stakeholders.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Ensure that all of the organizations or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
**Requirement**: Laptop
**Work Experience**: 1 year +
**Location**: Kazhakkoottam (Hybrid)
**Skills & Qualifications**:
A degree in any discipline. (Design related is an advantage)
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and determine a plan that will ensure they are met or exceeded.
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
Should have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
