Role Overview:
Will be responsible for developing and executing visually captivating and engaging designs across various mediums. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing marketing materials, brand assets, and promotional content that effectively communicates the desired message to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design innovative and eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, print materials, digital platforms, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Create and deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software advancements to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.

Conduct research and gather inspiration to generate fresh design ideas and concepts.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper implementation of design elements in the final output.

Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and adapt design strategies accordingly.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.

Work with other designers and team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work, including print and digital media.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and evolving brand guidelines.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
