**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement community mobilization plans that effectively engage community members and promote participation in our programs and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including community leaders, local organizations, and government agencies
- Plan and execute community events, meetings, and outreach activities that support program objectives
- Collect data and feedback from community members to inform program development and implementation
- Collaborate with program staff to design and deliver culturally appropriate programs and services that meet the needs of the community
- Coordinate and facilitate community meetings and focus groups to gather input and feedback on program design and implementation
- Work with program staff to identify and recruit community members for program participation and leadership roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of community engagement activities and program participation
- Assist with grant writing and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in community development, social work, public health, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in community mobilization, outreach, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of community development principles and practices
- Experience working with underserved or marginalized communities preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
