Job Summary:
The Resource Mobilizer Associate will support the hospital's efforts in resource mobilization, fundraising, and partnership development. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, and cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to secure financial and in-kind resources essential for the hospital’s operations and development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
- Identify and research potential funding sources including grants, donations, and partnerships.
- Develop and write grant proposals, funding requests, and reports.
- Manage and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with the hospital’s strategic goals.

2. Donor and Partner Relations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain donors.
- Communicate regularly with donors about the impact of their contributions through newsletters, reports, and personalized communications.

3. Strategic Planning and Development
- Assist in developing and implementing the hospital’s resource mobilization strategy.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s leadership team to align resource mobilization efforts with the hospital’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and adjust plans as needed.

4. Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage budgets related to resource mobilization activities.
- Maintain records of funding activities, including proposals submitted and received.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully securing funds from diverse sources.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with donor management software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
