**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the conceptualization and design process for a wide range of projects, including marketing collateral, branding materials, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials.

2. Ensure brand consistency across all designs and maintain the brand guidelines. Create and develop new branding concepts when required.

3. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and elevate the overall design quality of the team.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the intended message.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

6. Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

7. Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy and perfection before final delivery.

8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field. A combination of relevant education and significant hands-on experience will also be considered.

2. Experience (typically 1 year) working as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in an agency or creative studio environment.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, and a deep understanding of design principles.

5. Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards while working on multiple projects.

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.

8. Leadership skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to foster the growth of junior designers.

9. Time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

10. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
