**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations.
- Greet and assist customers, providing coffee and menu recommendations.
- Train and support service staff in upselling and customer engagement.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth table turnover.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Collaborate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage reservations and oversee cleanliness of the café.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a café or restaurant service role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹11,885.30 - ₹23,716.67 per month
