**Job Role: RACW Trainer (Refrigerator, Air Conditioner & Washing Machine)**

**Salary Budget: 20 k - 35 k**

**Location: Kochi & Hyderabad**
- Responsible for delivering Training on following:

- Refrigeration cycle
- Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Air Conditioner (Incl. Inverter ACs)
- Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Refrigerator
- Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Washing Machine
- Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Other Small Home Appliances
- Technical training
- Importance of cleaning customer premises
- Comprehend customer’s requirement
- Handling customer escalation calls
- Interact with other employees
- Hands on scenario based role plays
- Health & Safety at the workplace
- Training Data, MIS & Documentation
- Good Presentation Skills, Training Delivery Skill, Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level, Self-motivated, ability to organize & handle students
- Technical knowledge pertaining to job profile, Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
