**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed drawings and plans based on project specifications, sketches, and architectural drawings.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve design issues and make necessary modifications.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and project files.
- Assist in preparing material takeoffs and cost estimates as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a draftsman in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Solid understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
