- Responsibilities_
- Cash Application & Cash Audit_
- _Review supporting documentation and reconcile cash transactions to ensure proper recording and reporting._
- _Identify and investigate any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in cash transactions, and take appropriate corrective actions._
- _Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to resolve any cash-related issues or discrepancies._
- _Review and resolve discrepancies between cash received and customer invoices or statements._
- _Investigate and resolve unapplied cash or unidentified payments._
- _Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information._
- _Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation reports._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation._
- _B. Com Graduate_
- _Relevant years domain experience_
- _Excellent attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously_

- Good verbal and written communication skills - Primary language as English_
